Is it possible to request a specific room number?

Yes, but do not hesitate to contact us to help you book the room that best suits your needs

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel does not have connecting rooms, but we can accommodate you in adjoining rooms or on the same floor (subject to availability)

Is it possible to stay with 3 people in a double room?

For obvious security reasons, we cannot accommodate 3 people in a double room. We invite you to contact our reception to assist you in booking the right room for the number of people participating in your stay.

Are the rooms equipped with a hairdryer?

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Are there beds for children / babies ?

You can ask us to install a baby bed in certain room categories for any child up to 2 years old.

Do the rooms face the courtyard or the street?

All our rooms overlook a quiet cul-de-sac.

Are there rooms with balcony?

All our rooms have large windows but no balconies.

Is it possible to bring a guest to my room?

For security reasons, we put at your disposal our lounge to welcome your guests.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

We do not have extra beds in our rooms.

Is there heating or air conditioning in the rooms?

All rooms are equipped with individual heating. We do not have air-conditioning, but we do have fans available. We will soon equip all our rooms with air conditioning systems.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, the hotel has only non-smoking rooms.                         

Is it possible to get a refund for a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer?

Non-cancelable and non-refundable offers guarantee the lowest available rate at the time. In order to benefit from this offer, payment is required and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification. However, we invite you to contact us in case you are unable to attend in order to explore the possibilities of a deferral of the amounts collected. Please note that any request will be transferred to our sales department, which alone will be able to decide.

Is the rate indicated per person or per room?

Our rates are indicated per room. However, additional services are to be paid according to the number of persons. The tourist tax is payable per person, regardless of the initial reservation.

Is breakfast included to the room rate?

Our prices do not include breakfast, unless otherwise indicated or a specific promotion.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All credit cards are accepted.

Are taxes included?

All taxes are included in the rate except the tourist tax, which is payable per person per day.

What is the cancellation policy of EKTA Hotel?

Cancellation conditions differ from one reservation to another. We invite you to check the reservation confirmation or to contact our reservation department for more information.

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Reservations made on our website can be modified or cancelled directly from the confirmation email. However, if you are not sure about the penalties for changes or cancellations, please contact us.

Why am I being charged for the first night?

A pre-authorisation is made within 7 days of the first night's stay as a guarantee (the amount is blocked on your account but not debited). In case of damage to the room or unpaid extras, this amount will be debited. Otherwise, the amount will be released at check-out. The amount will then be available within 3 to 5 working days (depending on your bank's regulations).

What are the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in time is from 2:30 pm and the rooms must be vacated before 11:30 am. Nevertheless, we invite you to contact us in order to inquire about our offers for any request for early arrival or late departure time.

Is it possible to arrive earlier or to extend my stay?

It is possible depending on availability.

Which languages are spoken at the Front Desk?

Our reception speaks French, English, Italian, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese

Is the hotel adapted for people with disabilities?

Our establishment has a family room on the first floor with PMR access (person with reduced mobility), do not hesitate to contact the reception to reserve this room.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Our hotel is not equipped to accommodate animals of any size or species. 

Is the hotel equipped to welcome guests with other forms of disabilities?

Yes, the staff of the hotel is trained to welcome guests with other forms of disabilities such as visual impairment, hearing impairment etc.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

Yes, an elevator is at your disposal.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We have a breakfast room in the hotel. However, we do not have a restaurant service for lunch and dinner. Our concierge can suggest the best restaurants in Paris.

Do you offer breakfast service and what are the terms?

At the Chatillon Montparnasse hotel, we offer a breakfast to start the day in three different ways, it's up to you to choose the one that suits you best!

Presented in the form of a buffet, the breakfast of the Hotel Chatillon Montparnasse is composed of a wide choice of fresh and quality products, salty and sweet, for a convivial moment: a selection of hot drinks, fresh fruit juices, fresh fruit salads, seasonal fruits, breads and pastries, butter and traditional jams, cereals, granola, dried fruits, yoghurt, white cheese, cheese...

HOURS: The breakfast buffet is open every morning from 6:30 to 10:30

RATES : 12€ per person in the breakfast room

Brought to you on a tray served in your room, the in-room breakfast at the Hotel Chatillon Montparnasse consists of hot drinks, fruit juice, toast, pastries, yogurt and fruit salad

TIMETABLE: Breakfast in room is served every morning from 6:30 am to 10:30 am

Does the hotel have a bar?

No, the hotel does not have a bar.

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?

Our luggage room is at your disposal upon arrival and departure.

Does the hotel have a car park?

The hotel does not have private parking. There are several secure parking lots in the area, including the Garage Hotel du XIV, located a 5-minute walk from the Châtillon-Montparnasse.

Does the WiFi is provide in the hotel?

Yes, you will have free WiFi access throughout the hotel.

Is there a business center in the hotel?

Yes, you can work in our living room, but we do not have an enclosed meeting space. You can also work in the rooms which all have a desk.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

Our receptionists will be happy to help you book tickets for museums and entertainment. They can assist you in finding the best restaurants in the area.

Does the hotel have a babysitting service?

The hotel does not have a babysitting service.

Do you provide towels?

We provide our guests with clean towels in all our rooms. However, in the context of the COVID pandemic, we only refresh towels for stays of more than one night upon the client's express request.

Where can I find an adapter?

We have adapters for all sockets available on request at the reception.

Is there a taxi rank near the hotel?

The nearest cab station is 300m away. It is adjacent to the Alesia metro station.

Can I benefit from an airport/station shuttle?

What is the price of a taxi from the airport?

The cab fare from CDG airport is 58€ and 32€ from Orly airport.
